I went to the store located in The Post Oak Mall in Collage Station TX on March 27,17 at 7:30 went to to get checked out Boone was around so saw the lady at the Jewelry counter asked her is there anyone else who can check me out she responds with a Come around the counter not a sure I'll help you the says one of my items is not on sale and doesn't know why the stickers where on it I tell her I didn't put them on there she say "I didn't say you did!" Then I tell her a had pop corn and drop some and she say " Did you pick it up?" But it gets better she gives me a bag to pick it up but the she acts like she picking it up and I tell her I help so I started to pick it up and she says " My phone is ringing and Runs to get it and turns around to tell me when you finish leave the bag there I was so mad I picked it up and I turn around and ask what is your name she says Jennette but then she changed her tone of Voice and says I'll take that bag for you I was a level 20 by the time I got home ! what has happened to JCP web site? it is terrible.

Cannot find anything. It hops all over the place and when I type in a word it does not pick up all the letters.

I have to go back several times and type in the letters that have not taken the first time.

Also, when I put some things in the cart and go back later to finish, my items have been removed.

Never had a problem before with their site.
