What company won't take a call from a buyer with a thousand dollars they are ready to spend on Christmas gifts? JC Pennys, is who! We are trying to buy a new kitchen appliances suite for our son but nobody will answer the call. An hour and 10 minutes on hold! JCP holders might be interested. Down 2+% on the day, 12-15-16.
