I did, however put the paperwork for the items in each package, which they seem to intentionally have completely ignored. I have never had this problem with other online orders, so find it very problematic. I have more packages which were sent like that, and I believe none are credited. This is too expensive a problem for me and I won't be buying anything else from jcpenney...

Rudest Employee at customer service in Hazard Ky store ! She acted like she was going to throw my change at me after purchase! She’s always rude to me and my daughter. Not the first time she’s treated us this way! A young sandy blonde... sooo Rude!

Jcpenney - Gross experience

When jcp tells me they made a mistake, and they offer me $10 to fix it, and I place an order just over $100 for free shipping, less $10 that was their mistake, and they charge $8.95 in shipping because I’m now under the $100 free shipping threshold... you are wrong jcp. You lost a platinum customer.
