Whose fault is that? What kind of jelly would put themselves on the hook for anything based on a random voice on the phone?

What kind of fool wouldn't pay a 3 year No Interest Loan (AKA 3 Years Same As Cash) in the first place? Yeah, this is your fault for not understanding what you said yes to. Secondly, it's your fault for not paying off this note in the first place. No reputable lawyer would touch this unless they just wanted to take your money.

YOU AGREED to this deal and failed. Thanks for the what not to do if you're an adult trying to conduct business post.

It will help others not do what you do. "You must work for them."

Lost my jcpenney credit card, then I cannot use my online account and everything. How do i receive any payment? paperless, they said they ve sent everything, and I have never received any. They said, then wait till you get the new card and re registrar!! i said can you test it and make sure the email is correct. No we are not allowed. Anything you can help? You can wait till you get you new card n 7-10 biz day. And then the phone was hang up, the service survey have never shown up!!!!! the phone was hung up!!! I had the same thing happen to me! I am a loyal Jcpenney silver card member who has never missed one single payment. However when I called customer service (after coming out of shock that my account had been closed) Nelly said "I'm sorry there is nothing I can do". I asked her could I please talk to a regional manager or get a phone number for him. She told me you are talking to a manager. She said all I can do is give you an address so you can write with your complaint. I was devastated! Surely someone cares about thing like this. I told Nelly that there was a problem with the way Jcpenney processes payments because they ask you to schedule your payment and you do that however the payment then takes days to draft and since none of my other credit card or other accounts do this (they draft immediately) when my 18 year old comes to me to use the bank card for things she needs, she thinks the balance is accurate and uses accordingly. Replacement payment was made for over the amount due. To close a loyal customer account for this is OUTRAGEOUS! Jcpenney needs it loyal customers to succeed.
