I bought 3 ambrielle push up bras and each one of them is leaking some kind of oil its all over my skin, shirt and has stained. The bra looks soaked in grease its like the padding eroded or has gone bad, its just a padded bra and they are my favorite bras ever and now all of them have leaked what is going on. I washed them and it got worse and the oil grease stuff is everywhere.

I have always enjoyed my Ambrielle bras. They fit well and are comfortable for me (36C).

The problem that seems to be happening recently is that the underwire comes out on the outer side of the cup. Of course it is very uncomfortable to say the least. Is there a way to fix it or do I have to trash it! Last I ordered, I ordered six I believe.

Three white, three beige. This would tell you they are not overused! Can you help me?

I never put them in the dryer. Thank you!

Jcpenney in Trumbull, Connecticut - Deceiving sales signs and false advertising

I was at your store the other day to purchase bras. When I went to the bra dept the sign read buy a bra at regular price and get another bra for 60 percent . I decided to buy 4 bras thinking the second one was truly 60 percent off. The bras were 38.00 each so I figured 60 percent of the second one would be around 15.00. When I got to the register the cashier try to charge me 137.00 for 4 bras. When I question the cashier she tollded me it doesn't work the way I thought it was. She proceeded to tell me that they take 30 percent off each bra. That's not what the sign said. If that is the case sign should read take 30 percent off each bra not buy one at regular price and get another at 60 percent I did not buy the bras at the store. When I got home I order bras online. Got a better discount and pay less. I was very disappointed. I like shopping at jc Penney but the stores has false advertising

The numbers are pro-rated so that they are all the same "Return value", not one item is worth more or less than another.

Their math is correct. Buy one get one at 60% off equals to 30% off each bra.

(38+38x0.4)X2=106.4

38x0.7x4=106.4

It is possible that some of your bras just did not qualify for that promotion.

Maybe you should learn how to do math: 30% off each bra is the same as paying one for full price and the other for 60% off. You paid the same thing either way. I see no reason why you should be angry.

Jcpenney in Port Charlotte, Florida - Refused to Accept Published Discount Coupon

Hey Friends, I got a $10 off coupon from the JCP site online that said, "10 off $25" off clothes and various other store items. Saw they were having a sale on bras and wanted to buy a couple new bras. Went to town center mall in Port Charlotte, FL, tried on several styles and came back at the specified sale start time after a movie. Tried on a couple more bras then, cause ya'll know how hard it is to get a bra that fits right! Well, don't ya know, when I went to pay, the register would not accept my coupon. These bras were originally priced at $38 a piece, but JCP had marked them up to $40! Then for this sale, only from 3pm to 10pm that day, they put them on bogo. My price with coupon should have been $30- worth going out in a rainstorm to get! Well, don't ya know the department manager would not give me the $10 off! She said, "well you're already getting bogo". Nowhere on my coupon did it state that it could not be used with bogo. I said, "Well then I thinnk I'll pass". They refused to take $30 instead of $40, so they made nothing and I am bra-less. Guess that's why they have financial problems and I will be going back to Target to get some real-priced bras!!!

A lot of customers are not smart and that is a fact. You, lady, should have read the fine print as you SHOULD for every coupon you grab from any store, whether it be Kohls, Macy's, Sears, Target, ETC.

You can't have it both ways: either doorbuster or the coupon, not both.

I have to agree with anonymous who posted on August 15.

You need to read the fine print of every coupon. If the item was something they call a doorbuster than the coupon is not valid on doorbusters. I'm a JCPenney employee and even I can't use a coupon on a doorbuster.

Starting at 3pm the bras were on doorbuster. You cannot use coupons on a doorbuster. It's in the coupons fine print.

There isn't any such words as "ya'll" or "ya."

They're actually bringing some of them back. I do know one of the styles migrated into the Lillyette brand.

However, we DO have the old Ambrielle panties coming.

I've yet to see the bras, though! I do so hope to see them back in our store!

Ambrielle was discontinued before I started working at Penneys. I stared working for them last November and have worked in Women's accessories/lingere since January. All the ambrielle bras went on clearance then, and we don't have any left in the store or online.
