I was not told that the appliance had specific requirements for instillation and the installation crew did not come prepared to provide a complete installation. A qualified plumber was brought in later (at my expense) who then determined the pre-conditions were unrealistic.
As a result the time spent was in excess of a reasonable expectation and two weekends were spent trying to accommodate the incompetence of the installation company and JC Penneys.
I estimate the cost to me personally was about 60% of the retail price of the appliance. I kept the appliance and use it with a diminished functioning capacity.
