JCPenney - In-Home Consultation Abandonment
I heard good things about JCP custom designed window treatments. So I called to have a designer come and give me some tips for the windows.
She gave me some good ideas. I had to think on it. When I finally decided to pull the trigger and spend the money I called Brittany Brydges again. She forgot she ever met me.
I put that aside and had her come back to look at samples and decide on treatments and colors. She took my order over the phone, left her card, told me "probably before Christmas". It's been a month and a half and I haven't heard from her. I've called her a few times and have not heard back.
I'm extremely disappointed in her and JCPenney. These curtains are extremely expensive and deserving better treatment than this.
I will be canceling this order and letting everyone I know NEVER buy from JCPenney's. It's not worth the overpriced aggravation.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.

I do not blame you for your aggravation as JCP does want your money right up front and then does not follow through because of bad management.
