I THINK SOMEONE/ OR SEVERAL PEOPLE IN THE DEPARTMENT IS STILLING THE REBATE CARDS. I PURCHASED A ITEM ON LINE ON 5/5/19.

I FILLED OUT MY REBATE ON LINE, PRINTED OUT THE NECESSARY PAPERS AND MAILED THEM IN TO THE REBATE DEPARTMENT ON 5/20/19. A RECEIVED A TRACKING NUMBER WITH THE REBATE PRINT AND MAIL PAGE. I CHECKED ON THE STATUS OF THE REBATE: TO NO A VAIL: STATED MISS INFO. I RESUBMITTED THE INFO THAT WAS REQUESTED.

I CHECKED AGAIN WITH THE SAME TRACKING NUMBER I WAS GIVEN: TO NO A VAIL INVALID OF OFFER#. SO I CHECKED WITHOUT OFFER # AND TRACKING NUMBER. I WAS INFORMED TO CHECK WITH MY FIRST AND LAST NAME AND ZIP CODE. THEN IT SHOWED THAT I WAS ASSIGNED 4 DIFFERNET TRACKING NUMBERS.

TWO DIFFERENT TRACKING NUMBERS ON 5/18/19, ONE DIFFERENT TRACKING NUMBER ON 5/20/19 AND THE TRACKING NUMBER THAT I WAS INITIALLY GIVEN WHICH I WAS ASSIGN TO 0N 529/19. SOMETHING IS DEFINITELY NOT RIGHT.

THERE NEEDS TO BE SOME KIND OF INVESTIGATION. THIS IS NOT GOOD BUSINESS.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $20.
