Not resolved

I have been on hold via speaker phone with the JC Penney customer service line for 1 hour and 56 minutes so far and am still waiting. (The recorded message said the wait time would be 76 minutes, which in itself is incredible!) That horrible, fuzzy piano song is probably going to be stuck in my head for days!

I returned two tops yesterday and instead of a credit, I was charged again for the tops. Another item was cancelled from my order some time ago because it was out of stock, but I was not credited for that item either.

I just want my money back. Watch your credit charges!

This sure isn't the same company my Grandmother (1896-1972) worked for as a young woman.

"Mr. Penney" knew every employee by name at each of his stores and toured them all regularly. "Hello, Dorothy ..."

Or even the grand you-want-it-we-have-it store of my youth in the 50's-60's.

Sad, because they are failing now and had every advantage in the world to prosper.
