Jcpenney - Manager Review from Griffin, Georgia
Had photo appt. at J C Penney studio in McDonough, Ga. A J C Penney employee, Christine (who did not work in the photo studio) told another "group" (by phone) that the studio took walk-ins and told them they could have pictures taken in my spot. I was there 10 minutes before my appointment. They were there five minutes before me. The employee argued inappropriately with the Portrait Studio manager in front of several customers. Christine was rude and I was embarrassed for the manager. Christine argued with the studio employee for a good five minutes. She would not listen to the studio manager as she explained that she had to honor appts. first. She offered to have the group hang around and she would work them in between appts. I was in shock watching this episode unfold. It was the most inappropriate behavior of a J C Penney employee (or any employee) that I have ever witnessed. Christine needs training. Waited in customer service line at Del Rio, TX Penny's for 37 minutes. Unsatisfactory! 7 registers available with 2 working. Should not have to wait so long to spend my money! Asked for manager/ none available. Last time I will ever go there. Fire the (no) management!

Jcpenney in Powder Springs, Georgia - Horrible mamagement
Ann Bastuba is the salon leader at north point mall in alpharetta ga, she is rude,conniving, unprofessional and does not deserve her job,she speaks to customers and employees like they are children she raises her voice and is argumenative, She charges clients more than they should be charged,she has horrible customer service skills, a client and her children visited the salon and threatened the employees with a gun and they still made a stylist continue to do her hair, money hungry then after servives were charged they called the police, please do not ever work here, shop here there prices are very expensive and all the stylist are very old and out of date on their lastes trends and styles. Patricia Powell is the store manager very irate and Davean Williams which is the assistant store manger sides with the foolery ANN allows to conduct unprofessional business. BEWARE
