I bought 20 pair of Cabin Creek Jeans when JCP had them on sale and I am sure glad i did. They should last my life time. I didn't know they would be discontinued, and even if I gain or lose a few pounds they still fit. If they get too large I dry them in the dryer and if they get to small, I air dry them. I can't say enough about them and it's hard to enter 100 words but I will try. I bought some Cabin Creek slacks in black and tan and white too. They have been my favorite for many years and I sure miss them being on sale.

Jcpenney in Tampa, Florida - Totally screwed up my order.

For my nieces 1st birthday I ordered about $120 in 12 or 18 month clothes and had them shipped to my sister (I'm in FL, she's in WI). When they arrived, even though I asked for gift wrap and it reflected on my invoice that they would all be wrapped, only one item was wrapped and they sent me two of the exact same item in the wrapping. Also, one thing I ordered was not included, one thing not showing on my receipt that I DID order was included, and then a size 14 women's dress was in the box as well, which is not on the invoice and would not have been included in an order for infant clothing. When I called JCP to complain and ask how we could return something not on a receipt, the service rep said, and I quote, "this happens all the time." Well, you've just officially lost my business if you are aware of this issue and have no plans to fix it! Their "solution" was to email me a prepaid label for me to email to my sister for her to mail it back to them, and they'll reverse the charge...except that means I have to reorder a birthday present for my niece. Kind of a *** 1st birthday gift, I'm pissed!

I have been shopping at JC Pennys for a long time and could usally always find something in the clothes line that i liked, Now i walk out empty handed since JC Pennys changed their clothing line i quit shopping there-Bring back southpole boot cut jeans for woman-I was so dissappointed when i went to buy some and they had quit selling them.I dont like any of thier other jeans' Also need to bring back the coupons and sales, dont like the new advertising scheme either, I no longer waste my time driving out to the store, Un happy customer

Jcpenney in Tampa, Florida - Would not give credit to my acct for returned item

I purchased a spice rack from penneys approx 6 mos ago. I paid $39.99. As I used the spices the names of the spices were coming off to where then I didn't know what spice was what. With the holidays coming I did not get a chance to return it for credit back on my credit card. I returned it Jan 22, 2012 but was refused for them to take it off my credit card. I was so angry I left the spice rack at customer service desk as it was no use to me not knowing which spice was which. I am a frequent shopper at Penneys and felt I deserved credit back on my card. I hope you can resolve this matter. The penneys stoe was at Posner Park in Davenport. Thank You Christa Lefkoski

Jcpenney in Tampa, Florida - Just wrong!!! Plain and simple!

JCPenney has officially broken my heart. I used to love JCPenney! They've been a part of my life since I was young - like an American tradition. Well come to find out they are greedy capitalistic pigs like the rest of them - maybe worse! I tried to make a payment over the phone with the automated system (which I normally have to do because I'm an average working class jo-ann with NO FLOW and sometimes need to wait to the last minute) the system could not recognize my account and my call was forwarded to the Philippines and I was informed that JCPenney was going to charge me $10.00 TO PAY MY BILL!!!!! Aren't they saving enough money(???)by hiring oversees - do they REALLY need to capitalize yet further on our debt to them by charging us TO PAY OUR BILL on top of the 30% Interest. Shame on you JCPENNEY. And your trying to market to the younger generation. GOOD LUCK with that!!! The younger generation is a lot smarter than that ... and if not we will definitely inform them of your greedy tactics. :0( so sad.....
