I purchased two packages of boxer briefs in May of 2018. Within 90 days the waistband started to unravel on 3 pairs so for. The products are made in Honduras. Reference number 93677, supplier 73630-6.

If JC Penny wishes to continue using this cheep material I will no longer purchase anything from there stores.

I had the exact same problem but along with the elastic waist band I found the leg opening to be much larger then the ones made in mexico and very unconfortable.. I'm out 56.00 after buying 2 packages of 6 which I'm ready to toss out and never buy JCP underware again


You just gave your phone number to thousands of people for no reason. JCPenney will not check this site.

Also......JCPenney doesn't make their underwear, they sell underwear made by (Hanes? other brand?) so they cannot help you with the quality.
