Double charged credit card twice. Been trying to resolve for hours.
They do this by sending you an email stating your online order had issues and was cancelled. Then you call the number on the email to find out why. Then they ask for your charge card number again, put you on hold, then come back and state it's all been taken care of... that they replaced the cancelled order.
BUT, you find out that your charge card has been charged twice. I know, per the news, that Penneys is having financial problems, but this type of treatment causes customers to retreat from any future business with them.
