I ordered a dresser from JCP 11/13/10. Invoice says I am to receive it within 7 days..I have not received item or heard from JCP about this item.
It's now 12/04/10. I have called them ..put on hold for 13 min. was hung up on 2 times..transfered to 5 different people..several supervisors...NO ONE knows where this dresser is or when I will receive it!! I have called several times and get the same results..where do I go from here??
No one will take responsibility. "Pass the buck" is their game..blaming different departments.
