I ordered a mattress at JC Penney Lansing, Michigan August 2017. It has been a nightmare since mattress was ordered.

Once I finally received order it was the wrong mattress and I received duplicates of an adjustable bed frame. It is now November 30, and I have yet to receive all monies due me. I've spoken to over 20 customer service representatives since this nightmare. Thusfar, the only compensation I have received for my time is less than $100, I upgraded the mattress during the initial purchase.

I don't feel I have gotten proper compensation because between all the misinformation and errors in processing my order, I was charged more for the base than I paid when I first ordered. I would advise purchasing your mattress elsewhere. Horrible customer service I am advising my friends and relatives to steer clear of major purchases from this store.

You will surely regret it. The reviews speak volumes.
