Ordered a xmas tree on 11/29/10 online.To be here today according to invoice.
Louzy tracking info. Called and talked to two people...one said two more weeks, the other said that it has not shipped yet, to ship tomorrow and will go out??????. I guess another 7 business days. Since the tree has not been shipped, no tracking info.
Should receive tracking info tomorrow...that is, if it gets shipped.The tree was supposed to be decorated this weekend...thanks JC Penney..according to your employees I'll have the tree the week of xmas and this is not acceptable!:(
