I've had an online shopping account with JC Penney for YEARS. My order history is huge - I buy a lot of things - clothes, shoes, furniture even. I have spent thousands of dollars at JC Penney.
Today I went to make a purchase and my account was GONE. I had to register a completely new account using my SAME email address. I lost all my purchase history which I often refer to for sizes, styles ordered in the past. This is a huge inconvenience and I'm beyond pissed right now.
Oh and it hasn't been that long since my last purchase - only a few months. NO cause to delete my account.
