I was happy the Corporate was very helpful and kind. I was offered the discounted price I originally paid.

I needed to exchange some jeans I ordered online but the price had changed. I called customer Service after 20 min was told I could get them for the original price I bought them.
I tried to explain that I wasnt sure if I would need to exchange them because my son wasnt home to try them on. I was seeing what options I had first. The rep never let me finish my sentence and abruptly put the survey on the phone. I called right back and explained what had just happened.
This rep made excuses for the rep saying they were having technical difficulties with the phones. Yeah ok! She then went on to tell me she couldnt offer me the same price and to go to the store and see if they had any coupons or promotions. I asked for a supervisor and she kept me on hold for 15 min.
I called back and asked for a supervisor again and was placed on hold so I hung up and contacted Corporate.
The rep was very apologetic and offered me the same price I paid and gave me a direct extension so I wouldnt have to explain my problem again. The 1-800 reps are ignorant and unprofessional.
User's recommendation: If you don’t get your desired results call Corporate.
