Please don't go the JCP hair salon there very unprofessional.The stylist Alfred is lazy and tries to get out of work . He tried to cancel on me hours before my appointment without trying give me another alternative knowing I was going out town the next day .
I had to go the manger in the salon at the time just to make sure he wasn't going to cancel . I got a lace front done he didn't wash my hair nor blow my hair out . I wanted a deep conditioner treatment like I told the manager he did not give me that . He gave me about 4 cornrows underneath my wig and my wigs feel bumpy on top head when put your hand on it .
It's been two days and my wigs lifting up already. No I haven't worked out or did anything to make me sweat . He charged 165 and did not give the full salon service Alfred half way did my head . Today I called the salon to complain and the store manger picked up because the hair salon manger was not there .
He heard my concern and said he will find another stylist to do my hair and put my on the phone with Courtney .Courtney tells me I can't refund you due to them having 24 hr policy . But like I told her I don't want a refund I want another hair stylist to do my hair over again and she insist that Alfred has to be one to do it . Even though he already proven to be lazy and rush through the hairstyle and not lay my wig the proper way.Courtney also says when you sign in with JCP salon at the front desk with your name on the chart you apparently sign agreement saying if 24 hr pass you can't get a refund . Like I said I never I signed in when I was at the front desk so therefore I didn't sign your agreement plus I don't want a refund.Then she put me on the phone with Alfred without even a heads up .
He keeps trying make it seem like it my fault my hair lifting and make excuses. As well trying make seem like I didn't keep the maintenance up when I did I had a lace front before so I know how to keep the maintenance . I didn't not see him put make up on my wig but he claim he did . When he was doing my hair I didn't want to complain while he was doing it because I already complain once when he tried to flake on me hours before appointment.
Plus I was suppose to get a trim as well but I'm not going let anyone trim my hair who already has upset with me because I told his salon manger at the time he trying get out the appointment . I want another hair stylist to fix my hair and I need hair salon manger to please handle this issue because the two stylists I spoke to on the phone seem messy and immature and clearly don't know proper protocols . Why would I let the same person my hair who already clearly messed it up and I don't trust it .Please don't go this salon the stylists nor store manager know how to even handle complaints in the proper way .They were all giving passing the around phone like messy game of tag . Salon manger your team was unprofessional and messy on the phone Even when I made the appointment last week with Aflred I verbally told him I wanted a deep conditioner and trim as well and lace front but of course he only put me in the book for a lace front .
For 165 I should've at least got my hair washed and blow dried and doesn't matter washed night before I go the salon for a full experience.If they refused to allow another hair stylist to fix my hair at this point you mind well give me a refund.I was supposed receive a call from the hair salon manger Monday and did not even though the GM called me Saturday saying I would . At this point I just want a refund and nothing more below I will show you picture of Alfred trying get out the appointment.

I had to cancel my credit card due to my husband's passing and he was the primary card holder. I have always had autopay on this account.
I opened a new account under my name. When I called to cancel it, I was told there was a balance on it and it was overdue. So I gave her my bank info to pay it. I asked why it wasn't taken out since I have autopay.
When the spouse dies, autopay stops. I have no reason why. It said right on the bill autopay will occur on 11/06/23, but it didn't. I just received a late fee charge of $30 plus $2 interest charge.
I called the # on the bill and of course it's a recording. After 10 minutes of screaming agent or person I got a real person.
Ronald was very helpful & nice in removing the late fees, but getting past all the stupid recordings is infuriating! They need to put an option on there to speak to a person.

- It takes forever to get to a real person when calling

Yesterday around 5:30pm (11/19/2023) I was shopping at the JCPenny Christiana mall location with my son. We were in search for a nice down jacket as winter is approaching.
We came across the mens Levis puffer jacket and he loved it. The one rack had all of the same jacket on it with a Black Friday deal sign attached to the rack. The deal was too good to leave behind so we decided to purchase it. While looking for the check out area we came across a sales associate who was working the jewelry department.
We kindly asked her as she was just standing around and the only one there if she could point us in the direction of check out. She with no hesitation said I cant help you. Im obviously helping a costumer. We were shocked and continued out search for check out.
When we found check out and the jacket was rung up I noticed the price did not match the deal on the rack which was $49.99. I told that to the cashier and provided a picture of it on the rack with the other jackets. She said it was not enough proof and to go to the return desk upstairs as she could no longer assist us. We did just that.
The lady upstairs was so helpful and so apologetic as this has apparently been happening all day. We appreciated her as she was the only one treating us kindly and understanding our frustration. We believe the person she called to help was higher up. We again showed the proof we had that the price was not what was shown on the rack and she proceeded to tell us it was our fault because the paper had in tiny writing original price did not line up with the price on the jacket and that she will not be helping us further.
We were so upset at this point. We kept the jacket as my son loves it but we are starting to look at the company differently now. We have been a customers for years and have never been treated this way.
Please help us understand this situation better. Thank you for your time

Nasty customer service
J C Penney Palmdale cA mall. Went to pick up items I had reserved.
Lady had nasty attitude as if I wasn't good enough for her to help. I am an old white lady and she was hispanic younger. I questioned the fact that the items were on sale and not full price. She argued.
I said no. Then she snatched them up and said let me check. I walked back to the dept behind her and saw that they were on sale. She started to ring and tell me price and I asked to see a piece.
She snapped and the other lady came up to take over while the nasty person went to another register. The lady who took over wasn't so nice either.
Tried to call the store manager. Operator option said no one to answer, so couldn't even get through.
I'll shop Macy's.

Yes, I contacted them and they still did not give me anything extra for their mistake. I had to make two 60 mile trips to the store to return the wrong size pants they sent incorrectly. I also had to wait an extra week to get the size that I ordered sent to me.

Monday night (Labor Day) at 11:30pm, I was trying several times to go through all the steps to place my order online at jcpenny.com, but they're website LITERALLY kept freezing and I kept having to exit the it and try again over and over and over again and I couldn't get my order placed in time to take advantage of the extra labor day discount going on and it's not fair at all because I was trying and trying and trying to place my order for 30mins and because of they're website messing up several times during the checkout process, I didn't get to place my order before midnight! So I've been trying to contact jcpenny customer service ever since, To ask if you/they could please make an exception for me by letting me use the labor day code late, or give me credit for how much the discount took off so I can place my order late because I had no control over the website freezing up, and I was seriously trying so hard to get the order placed before midnight and if it wasn't for they're website experiencing problems at the time I was trying to go through the checkout process, I would've been able to place my order within a matter of 2 mins. It's not my fault and I've been so frustrated over it.

we went to jcpenney on time but the staff were busy with another client..we overlook this situation. after 40 min our turn came but photographer was in so hurry..she dint even bother that how pic are looking in camera so she can take more pic of one pose..
all pictures are very dull..most of the eyes are closed. we didn't have any other option.. we have selected some pictures and thought these would be good after enhancing, but alas, I was so wrong. I spend so much money around $375, and ive got nothing.
I ordered two canvas one came so dull images and there is no information about another one. I feels like cheated..I want my money back..not going to recommend any one.oNoN
