@jcpenney this was hands down the WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had !!! DO NOT ORDER FROM @jcpenney !!! I purchased a beautiful king bedframe, they came and set it up and it was broken in a few places and they refuse to correct the mistake unless I pay a restocking fee! Not only that the delivery was 3 hours late with no one to contact me to say if they were coming or not, so I sat home all day and night waiting..... I have spoken with several “escalation reps” and nothing has been done, they are condescending and rude ! One woman stated it was going to be taken care of, I waited 5 days and heard nothing. I call back and it was never taken care of , she lied!!! I cannot express enough NOT to purchase furniture from this company !!

SO GLAD TO KNOW THAT I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE I PURCHASE THE HOTPOINT WASHER & DRYER BLACK FRIDAY 2018 SPENT $1029 ACCORDING TO THEIR ADVERTISEMENT..TO GET A $200 VISA CARD... NEVER HAPPEN THEY TOLD ME MY PURCHASE DIDN'T QUALIFY.

Both UPS and FedEX now use the post office to do the end delivery of many packages from retailers like Amazon or JC Penny. They deliver your package to the post office in your town and then the post office will make the actual delivery.

Most often, you are not told this vital bit of info when you order. The problem, of course is in the unreliability of the post office to actually deliver mail timely and/or reliably. In your case, someone may have stolen the package as it could have been "delivered" to your front door, the complex office or who knows where. Apparently, as is typical the postal carrier would not have actually knocked on your door---that takes effort---and left it somewhere for you to find.

If you paid by debit card, then you are now out the money, but can still file a dispute for non-delivered goods.

If you were smart and used a credit card, file a dispute and you won't have to pay it until this is resolved. By the way, a delivery by the post office at 8:31 pm seems very suspicious and unusual for the post office---or any delivery company unless it is around the Christmas holidays.

I bought several pairs of jeans online from JCPenney’s and half of them fit well. When I went to the store to exchange the jeans that did not fit, I was told that I could not have an even exchange. I had to return the ones I bought online and wait for the money to be refunded to my bank account before I could buy the new ones. (Or, of course, just buy the other pants and wait for the refund on the originals.) What?? Beware.

I found the item I ordered in the store .... I was charged 3.95 to ship my order to the store ... when wanted to return my order ... I was told I would not be credited the 3.95 ship fee .... I think with all the stores free ship policy , & too your company is the slowest on receiving an item ... I shouldn’t have to Pay the ship fee & should be credited for it ... Not a happy customer
