Jcpenney - Billing errors

Either your software or your follow through with your customer service agents has a serious flaw which results in a higher minimum payment due and a late fee on a false balance. I have had this problem more than once. I have been doing billing for 25 years and I'm not sure what you are doing is legal and could result in class action. I would be glad to discuss it with the manager of billing.

People always shoplifting poor management 1 lady with missing tooth very rude and ghetto don’t want to help you. You might get rob inside or outside the store. When ask to speak with a person in charge his name is John he is never there.

Jcpenney - Worst place to work in Forestville mall

I see some workers working really hard while others just standing around doing nothing. The lady name Shirley has a nasty attitude when you ask her questions very ghetto acting not professional at all. I feel sorry for some of the employees because the person that oversee the store is never available.

I completely agree with the lady about the Cabin Creek jeans. I wear a petite half-size and could always count on Cabin Creek pants from J. C. Penney. I have not found any that fit as well and as comfortable as they were. What are the chances that they will once again be carried here??? Lucy

Jcpenney - Order keeps getting canceled by manufacturer

I have ordered the same pants suit 4x and each time it shows available on their website - a couple days later I get a text telling me the manufacturer canceled the order. Then the manufacturer and jcp need to communicate and take it off your website as an available item and quit letting it be ordered!!!!!!!

Jcpenney - Horrible customer service

They placed me on hold with no intentions of getting a supervisor, my issue was not resolved. I placed an order with split payment, i wanted the cost of an out of stock item to be placed on my debit card instead they put it on a gift card, tried to use it and no money was on it.
