She was turned away at the register and was told to all customer service I dont know what else to say

Ordered a Mattress never got

After a month of getting the run around. I was finally told they didn't have the mattress. Ordered June 27, got email July 26 to expect delivery in 7 days. Never got a call to schedule. Called and was told I would get a call in 3 days. Never got. Yet JCP charged my card. Finally a month later and several more calls, was finally told they didn't have the mattress. Very disappointed! Being a loyal customer for many years, probably will shop elsewhere.

Still Haven't received my order!

It's now been almost two weeks since I ordered my hair care from JCPenny. This is the second time that I have ordered from JCPenny online. The first time I ordered was for my daughter's HS graduation, and her items barely got to her in the Nick of time. This is now the second time and will be my last time ordering here! FYI: JCPenny states on their webpage that they don't ship for 9 business days! Never again.

Rewards

I purchased a mattress in May of this year. I gave my daughters phone number to let her have the rewards. The mattress alone was almost $2,000.00. I was told that her points expired. First of all they told me I got the rewards when I purchased the product, then she said I got them when the mattress was shipped. I have been shopping their regularly, so why couldnt they have told me there were rewards to use. They said my daughters account was locked. But the rewards person got into her account, th

Mattress

I had a mattress that started to sag on one side after 9 months. Called customer service and told I can pick out another mattress, pay for it, a 15% return fee and an $85 pick up fee. Upset they removed the 15% fee These are the charges to return a mattress less than 1 year old. I questioned it and the customer service person said I should have read the warranty and said thats the policy. The only discussion on purchase was the extra $65 mattress cover that I was told gives me the 10 year warranty which I bought. Lies and bad service. Will no longer be a customer. Really

Trying to order a specific product it's hard to get

Just trying to get more information about a product from From their E chat System and trying to get them to give me free shipping since I met the financial requirements but when I got the discount that lowered the price down to below the requirements for free shipping and they kept saying you need to buy something else and I really dont need to buy anything else in the chat system just kept saying you got a buy something else its only one penny difference ! They E chat system Has very little knowledge or not able to provide information about products except general information. !

I couldn’t call them you’re closed and I’m not PISSED I just have a question about specific product for that and get it or not that’s all I’m not mad!

Not mad I just want some information about certain product if I can get it or not at all! And I cant contact you at certain times by phone Im trying to contact you by your E chat system it doesnt work in new each ad doesnt quit quite seem to understand what Im asking!

VERY poor service

I have been trying to place (several) orders which for whatever reason have not been processed. There is definitely NO problem with my payments (Debit card). I am unable to get anyone to call me back. It is no wonder, JCPenney, you are experiencing problems given employees like this!!!!!

User's recommendation: My recommendation to future customers: Skip JCP, there is NO customer service! They are nothing but a major aggravation. Employees could care less!
