Store credit cards

I had 2 store credit from JC penny on a card and then I went to use after the pandemic I went to the store and they told me I had no credit on the card, no one could help me in North Riverside Illinois . I would not go shop at JCPenneys and I told my family and friends about what happened.

No one cares if you shop there or not.. And your "family and friends" are probably thinking you're a raging nut rambling on about this.

Rude call centers

I have been trying to keep track all my promotional purchases if how much i have balance and everytime i talked to the call center they are always rude and there is one time that they actually call me a bad customer knowing i am paying my monthly bills and keeping all my payments on time. They actually have a nerve to hang up on you without telling you what to expect. The last lady i talked to was jane and she was very rude as well. Its not my fault that I have a fraud in my account that she need to file and it makes me surprised that she have a nerve to hang up on me. I hope you guys makes some changes.

You are nothing to them. Post your receipts of 100, 000/year.

Anything less, you aren’t valued. Go clip your coupons.

Resolved: No prompt to get someone in returns

Not being able to get someone in returns. There is no prompt for returns so cant go there. JCP needs to to fix the problem.

Order never received

Ordered 5/28 paid $12.95 expedited delivery. It is 6/18 and I have not received order. Contacted 6/9 and they told me they wont issue credit until merchandise is returned. I cant return it if I dont receive it!!!!!

User's recommendation: Do not order from JCP. You never receive order and they refuse to issue credit.

I was told if an order is over $75, you get free shipping, but I'm being charged

I should be getting free shipping!! I was told if an order is over $75, my shipping would be free, but its not! Id like to know why??

This is not JCPENNEY's website. They probably don't even look at this site.

This is a site where people complain about different companies.

You also put your confidential banking information on here that scammers can use to figure out the rest of the numbers. You should call your bank and cancel that card.

Didn’t receive order

Sent an order of towels and sheets to my daughter-in-law to hold for me until we arrived at our new home in FL as we are flying down in July. Ordered 5/23 said it would be delivered 6/03 or 07. It has never arrived from UPS and she told me I needed a police report which is ridiculous. Trying to get with UPS with tracking number to see what happened.

Trying to find summer clothes

The Capri I found in your store. Which I wanted to purchase was not Included with the blouses I did purchase. All because of the language barrier. So when the 2 pairs were delivered. They fit fine. I decided I wanted 2 more pairs. I sitting in my condo in Downers Grove trying to figure out how to order more. I tried calling but was treated with some kind of music. I tried the digital form but nope I couldnt find them. So I just went to the manufacturers website and found them very quickly, in fact they were reduced I received them promptly.

Towncraft

I have not been in a JC Penney store since they discontinued Towncraft T-Shirts and underwear- what a dumb move on their part!

Wrong item sent

I bought a queen luxury loft mattress pad order 2021 14** **20 4139 and wrong item came into store. I was credited and item reordered 2021 15** **11 1023 that I just received. Wrong item again that I now have to take back to store. I will now look for this item at another store. I dont have time for your poor customer service
