I ordered some bedding from you back on 28th may 2023 and I still have NOT received it yet. I have been more than willing to deal with this but 1) the confirmation email I received has a fake email address to reply to. 2) I've been lied to by someone called grace at the company you shipped via for past 2 months nearly. I have now had enough I want ALL my money back or the bedding I paid for.

Price adjustment

I recently monitoring and still brand new on the box it went on sale for $500 less than what I originally bought it for. Nobody knows how to help me with the price adjustment or to point me in the right direction. At this point I'm feeling like I should just return it and save myself the 500 bucks because nobody can help me.

I cannot get anyone to help me regarding REWARDS

This is a complaint! I have been trying for years to get my rewards connected to the JCP app. No one can explain why this does not happen with my email and information. I always have to call customer service to check and see if I have rewards how much and when they expire. WHY???
