Return two items on my order

Was told I had to return them at the store, I am a 69 year old handicap wheelchair and home bound who doesnt get out much. Dont even know where there is a JCPenney thats why I ordered online.

Cancel order

I am waiting for 2 refunds and I don't understand why they will take awhile, JC Penney makes pictures bigger of the items that is not good, that is why I returned the purse.

I returned bath and bath towels that were fading. Reorder more. GET HONE TO FIND OUT THEY ARE NO LONGER IN STOCK! Took forever to get first towels which I loved but turned out to be defected. R

Would you try again? Or go somewhere else? I am going elsewhere else. Ordered online then drive to Pensacola to return and get a different style or color.

User's recommendation: Not worth the time and effort to order on line or in the store. Fieldcrest is a great towel !4.

Order never received

JCPenney - Order never received
I made online March 7th of 2 items I only received one three weeks ago, the other item is still in transit to store. I wrote to customer service they never replied, I called yesterday to the customer service number the person didn't help me, today I called 5 times to the JCPenney store where my order be delivered, but nobody answered the calls.

User's recommendation: Never buy anything in the JCPenney website.

Terrible!

The app is fairly easy to use. It did block me from using my JC Penny card for over a month, which couldn't be resolved until I went to an actual store, 50 miles away. Then I was notified everything was in working order again because a month had gone by with no activity and all was cleared. Most of the clothing, shoes, and jewelry are overpriced for lower quality. Everything I have ordered has been delayed in delivery. I'm paying the card off and going back to Walmart. Lol.

JCPenney - I placed an order online on March 7th 2022, I only received 1 item of the order.
I placed an order in the JCPenney website on March the 7th to be delivered to my JCPenney store located on Caguas, Puerto Rico, the order consisted in 2 items, one dress and a pair of boots. I only received the boots 3 weeks ago, but the dress it's nowhere to be found. I send to JCPenney customer services an email, but they never replied to it. I am still waiting and waiting for an answer, and this is not my first time having trouble with an online order with this store..

Return a product

Gm. I called to check the policy on returning an item. The item is a big box. I would have to take a cab to return the item to the store. I checked it would cost $65, to the nearest JCPenney store. The rep, said it would be best return to the store. But she wasnt rude.

Need tall clothing

I used to be able to count on JCPenney to be one of the few places that carried tall womens clothing in store. But the past several times Ive gone in theyve let me down. I am 6 tall, and I was in a pinch the other day and went in to get some dress slacks. I found lots of regular length and short. But not one tall pair. Is it really asking to much to have a few more inches of fabric on the bottom of a pair of slacks?

I can not get through your phone system to pay my bill

1. There are never enough customer service reps available. The whole second floor had not even one cash register open. 2. I can not get thru the phone system, as I always do, to pay my bill. Its very frustrating.

All has been straightened out! I have gotten a refund for the lost items. I would still use JCPENNEY. I have ordered from them for years.

Your new TV ads are obnoxious horrible personality- never saw this person before - can stand to watch the ads - it makes me want to turn the channel -

Your new advertisements are obnoxious- I have shopped with your company for years - still do - just not as much - that new person is awful and the ads are annoying , obnoxious- I cringe every-time she comes on the TV .I turn the volume down and want to turn the channel - Leaves a bad feeling for your company - just an opinion
