Why spoil and great thing. They were the best shirts I ever wore. It's as if we were totally ignored when the Cabin Creek oxford shirts were discontinued. Why ruin a great thing. There was or is no other oxford shirt for women that can compare with the Cabin Creek line.. I always looked forward to seeing and buying the newest colors and patterns each new season. So I don't shop at JCP anymore. I used to do all my clothing and shoe shopping there along with many gifts. Thanks for nothing J C Penney. Whomever made the decision to discontinue Cabin Creek BLEW IT BIG TIME

Jcpenney - Bad service /on line order pick up cashier man

store did not have my size, the cashier ordered things on line at the store. I went to store 3x in a month. my order still not in. if I was to have order delivered to my home I would have to cancel order and reorder to be deliverded to my home. take even loner to get my order./poor service for on line delivery. I order in May and now in June.not sure if they will fit when ever I do get order and take it from there. will cancel whole order and get my refund and shop down the street(store).I was not told when order would be in. thank you dorothy Angry

My favorite Arizona boot cut jeans in long sizes have been discontinued. Being a tall woman, finding jeans in long sizes has been difficult throughout the years. I had finally found some extremely comfortable jeans that fit me perfect, only to have them discontinued. Without long jeans, there is no reason for me to shop jcpenny any more. Another major department store on its way to bust?
