I ordered a mother's ring for my niece in November for Christmas. I received the package yesterday.
When i opened it up, it had a class ring in it. Nowhere close to what i ordered. I called the hot line. Talked to a lady that i felt that really didn't know what she was doing.
She ordered me a new ring, but wasn't real sure if she did it right. When i asked her if it could be expedited she said no. It won't be delivered until the middle of February!!!! My question is, is why are we ordering a brand new ring when we could track the other person and find out if they have my ring and we could switch.
The ring i got, the person paid for a 2 day guarantee shipping.
I wasnt offered a discount an apology nothing! So now i have a Christmas present that won't be here until February!!!!!
