Jcpenney in Citrus Heights, California - Charged shipping in error

Ordered three pair of shoes with charges reduced by offer. The display showed $113.## including tax and shipping. I assumed that when I completed the order that shipping charges would automatically be removed. I want the shipping charges removed, or I will return all items and drop my new account and shop amazon prime. Used this option instead of waiting for C/S rep on phone.

I ordered over $100 in charges and expected free shipping. Once the discount was applied it was $113 with shipping fees and tax. I will cancel the order if you will not honor free shipping.

At my store, we could get fired for telling a Man he cannot go into the Women's fitting room, and vice versa. About a month ago, there was a couple (man & woman) who were going into the Men's fitting room together for over an hour.

When I called my manager to let her know what was going on, she got really upset with me & said as employees, we are forbidden to say anything when we see things like this because of the transgender people that might come in to shop. She even accused me of discriminating because I told her this isn't right. I had to check the sane fitting room later that night, and sure enough that couple had had intercourse in there & had left their used underwear on the floor.

This was disgusting, but stores allow that stuff now for fear of getting sued by people. I wouldn't allow my kids to ever enter a fitting room after all the stuff I've seen & have found in there!

Probably good mattress, but the worse delivery and customer service ever experienced. This mattress (actually two queen sets) was ordered on Oct 6. Today is the 8th of Nov and I still haven't received my order. When the sales clerk asked what the best delivery day was, I said Monday. To the delivery firm it means no other day will ever be considered. The first time I called the delivery firm, the number was bad. When I called the following week I was told I wasn't scheduled for that week, or any other week, and they would get back to me. The week after that I was told the same thing except he assured me I would hear by Friday. The following Monday ditto. I finally called Penny's Customer Care. After the Associate worked with the trucking firm I was told they could deliver Nov 5. I would be in Vegas then so we agreed that they would TRY for Nov 3. If they couldn't do it, then it would be delivered on the 7th. No surprise here, they didn't deliver on the 3rd, and I wasn't scheduled for the 7th. Long story short, I'm told the delivery outfit doesn't deliver in Bakersfield routinely, and JCP supports that. I'm now scheduled for the 12th. That's 5-1/2 weeks. Worthless service! I would not recommend this to a friend.

Today I went in to buy mom birthday gift. I was in line to pay for literally 35-40 min. I was very pissed off. Lady's at registers taking their sweet time. Like come on do the transaction and next customer. When it was finally my turn. I was going to return and buy something else . She stated to hang up dress and shirt the scan it. Like do that when you have no customers. She was slow. Just like the other lady. They will be talking and take their time to call next person in line. I was very close of just leaving items and not coming back. Nor do I have any plans of stepping foot in there ever again.
