Customer service

Search several months for curtains, have always thought JCP had nice selection. Finally pick curtains displayed only to find out no longer carrying.

Start over, select new curtain and 10/5/18, able to purchase drapes in store, new rods, but my luck ended with sheers (not in stock), salesperson ordered for me, to be shipped to my home. 10/18/18, still no sheers, speak to customer service who unable to figure why I never received sheers, advised to cancel and reorder, so order cancelled. 10/19/18 reordered sheers, 10/24/18, still no curtains, speak again to customer service, again told unsure why curtains still not processed, a "glitch", again advised to cancel and reorder. What the heck!!!

Unable to place an effective order in store or online, why would I continue to bother with this store?? Tried to speak to someone, anyone regarding frustration but no one could care less!! Well, forget it JCP, guess that's why you're closing so many stores, pitiful customer service.

Ordered from amazon, will receive in 2 days. Bye bye JCP
