I shop in the Pennys store at Bellis Fair mall often. I have asked the Asia women who works in the Jewelry Dept several times to check me out and she refuses.
She always says she is busy scanning jewelry in. She has no customers and there has even been another employee standing there with her. Today I was in the store walking by the jewelry dept. Her and another young girl where behind the counter talking and looking at the jewelry case.
A women asked her if she could please check her out as she just had one purse. The purses are right next to her counter. She refused. She said they were too busy.
This woman gives the worst customer service ever. I have tried to put in a complaint about her before but can never get through to a manager.
I shop this Bellingham, Wa store often but would never buy jewelry there because of this employee. I go elsewhere for those purchases.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
