I order my items on February 13, 2018.I paid $913.46 for my furniture which I never receive.

Than they said they coming on a Saturday morning. I waited all morning for them to tell me. Their truck broke down. I told the guy can he refund me for the shipping payment because it’s not my fault the truck broke down he said “NO” They will have to redeliver the following weekend.

I waited again which nothing happen again. Call them to cancel my order. “I want a refund”. It’s been now since March 10, 2018.

Still haven’t receive my money on my card.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.WILL NEVER BUY HERE AGAIN.

The credits for refunds can take up to a month or longer, (not always) to hit your card. This is just our standard process in the credit dept.
