YOU REALLY HAVE TO WATCH THESE CREDIT CARDS PROVIDERS, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU JUST YOUR MONEY AND HOW THEY CAN GET IT OUT OF YOU. PERSONALLY I AM PAYING OFF ALL THESE CARDS ONE AT A TIME AND KEEP MY 15 UP TO 30% INTEREST IN MY OWN POCKET, I AM TIRED OF GIVING AWAY MY MONEY.

I haven't had any problems with the stores I have shopped at. All of the employees in Coralville seem very happy to be there and when I asked how the local store was doing during the JCP closures, they engaged in a thoughtful conversation with me. It was clear that management had communication more of a nationwide view of the store to them. Maybe this is why these employees seem happier? knowing what they are a part of? I know all retail stores have a hard time finding good employees due to their budget constraints and the nature of the work but I really just haven't seen the issues described on this page?

Jcpenny employees at the Montclair store. Are rude and lazy and the jewelry department lady's don't ever want to ring your items because they are on commission so they tell you to go to customer service lazy lady's!!!!!!

Shopping with my high school son. Needed assistance finding pants in his size. A clerk walked by and I asked her for help. She handed me one pair and walked off without saying anything. Not a word. I still needed help. The store was basically empty and if people like her were working, I can see why. I really like the clothes, but the service is horrible.
