I am sorry. I wasn't upset. I just didn't know how to contact someone about a refund check I received. I did receive an email from customer service. Thank you! Always have been happy with JC Penney's.

Cannot change any information once you call JCP

JCP is (or was) one of my favorite places to shop. However, I placed an order as I did several times and the shipping addresses was my old address. I called JCP customer service and was told after a 1/2 hour I cannot make any changes. This really needs to be changed because this is an inconvenience on the customer. There should be a smoother process. I really am considering not shopping there anymore This is unfortunate. I really needed these items for a vacation and now I don't even know if I will get it in time and it may be lost and I may be charged. Not a happy customer,

Store returned the mercandise that I ordered without proper notification... plus there was a parade in front of the store that prevented me from getting to the store to pick it up in a timely manner.

I wasn't notified in advance that the merchandise I purchased was returned. There was a St Patrick's Day parade in front of the store so I decided to pick it up the next day and it already left the store that morning. When I ordered it said it would take 3 to 7 days to come in, so I left town for a week and when I returned I found out the stuff came in earlier than what I expected.

Tried since march 4 to get earrings.

match 25 email says shipped. today says delivered but actually not. 800 number keeps hanging up with no live person. this happens every time I have a problem with JCP

I can only reach an automated system that cant handle my issue and no matter what I do it wont let me log into my account. Im frustrated and I feel the customer service is non existent. You want us to prove were not robots how about you not use robots?

Never got an update on my order and when I checked for arrival day it said it was received signed for,funny thing about that I wasn't home.

Called for customer service. Got message that they were closed on weekend and hun* up.

I received a bill for my husbands account and that account should be closed becaus3 he died. Need to know why Penneys is still sending bills.

Salon Manager Kathrin was supposed to fix a bad dye job .she was down right rude and nasty.Telling me she was not a copy machine.After already being late over one hour.After asking her to refund my money she got louder and very confrontational .She tried to provoke me and let her fix my hair.She tried to make it like it was all my fault.I refused and she still would not shut up.I threatened to call the police and she found that funny.I have been going to the same salon for many years and never had a single complaint.This woman Katherine needs to learn how to talk to customers.I finally got my money back on my card.Then I tipped my stylist 80 dollars in cash and left

Because I ordered two different sets of shears and only received 1 set. Did not receive the set 50 by 63

I am wanting to change my curtains for spring as I have glass sliding doors and a window on the same wall while I received the shears for the glass sliding doors but never received that shears for the window which is a smaller size but I was charged for them separately and never received them.
