Needed clarification of platinum status and what was needed to maintain it. This site was a waste of time. Just a continuous loop...could not get a person to respond...

My package was not delivered to my home the ship company / driver dropped it off to a different house

I was told my package was delivered and it wasnt I had to look online to the company that ship my order well come to find out by a picture the company has. its the wrong house they dropped my package at I have not every had a issue with JCPenney getting my order til today Im upset

JCPenney - Claimed package as not received
Hi, I contacted customer service from LaserShip, about the shipment of 1LSCY510226****, since was marked as delivered but the records indicate that the person who receive the package was other person. Laser ship customer service team indicates that I need to contact the seller for further assistance since they can't to it more. case Number: 0759**** please let me know what is the next step?.. Bad Customer Service

I made a interest free purchase over a year ago and being charge interest. Called customer spoke to someone they hung up on me call back and talk to 2 different people place me on hold cannot help me. My purchase was interest free till 2024. Service is awful!!!
