I opened a JCP Credit Card in March and purchased several items. Within a month I payed the balance in full. They went ahead without notification and closed an already approved account in August because my score went down. When I opened the account nobody informed me of their practice before I opened one. I had lost my job and was on hard times. Thanks JC Penney for *** on someone when they are already down! I will never shop there again! You lost a customer for life.

Bring your order to one of our JCPenney stores. This is the quickest and easiest way to return merchandise and receive a refund or credit.

You can also return by mail. Complete the “returns or exchange” form on the invoice and return it with the item. I ALWAYS BUY NEW BALANCE SNEAKERS. I OWNED FOUR PAIR OF SIZE 12 WHEN I SUDDENLY FOUND THE TOES OF MY LEFT FOOT WERE BEING CRAMPED AND REALIZED THAT MY ARCH HAD FALLEN. I WENT ON LINE AND PURCHASED A SIZE 13 FROM PENNEY. WHEN I TRIED THEM ON THE TOES ON MY LEFT FOOT HIT THE FRONT OF SHOE SO I MEASURED IT AGAINST THE OTHER FOUR. DESPITE BEING MARKED SIZE 13 IT WAS A 12. I RETURNED IT AND, IN DUE COURSE, MY CREDIT CARD WAS CREDITED MINUS AN $8.95 SHIPPING CHARGE. IN OTHER WORDS I PAID PENNEY TO SHIP ME A MISLABELED PRODUCT. .

Jcpenney - Cabin Creek pants

I have been looking for the Cabin Creek pants that you use to sell. They are very comfortable pants and priced right for those of us that can't afford expensive pants. I have bought Cabin Creek pants at your store in Madison for years and now I wonder when you are going to bring them back for us older customers. The best part was that you carried them in petite sizes and also petite short. I'm 4' 10" so I have a problem finding pants that I don't have to shorten. Thank you.

Like all the others who have written reviews, I’m dismayed that Penney’s had discontinued this line. It seems whenever I find a productI like it is discontinued in favor of cheap Chinese merchandise . And companies wonder why they have to close brick and mortar stores! Jcpenney - Reported late payment of $12.00

My father is 70+years old. Never had a reported late in his 33+ Years of credit review. No leniency is taken in consideration on simple forgetfulness which is natural progression of age. JCPenney should be ashamed to report an elderly man over a $12.00 payment.

I followed all rules specified. I got a email confirming rebate was approved and sent out. I never received my rebate card. Part of my address was left off purposely by someone in the department. Someone needs to investigate these "lost" rebate cards. I think someone is pocketing these rebate cards. Huge red flag when so many people have not received thier rebate card. This is bad business and needs to be investigated. Not a coincidence by far. This needs immediate attention.
