Still waiting for credit to my Visa card. What do I do next? It seems like a lot of loops to jump through because ups misdelivered. Help.

Broken item

Nothing happened. I have been trying for days to speak to a person. I received a broken picture frame. The frame is fine but the glass is in a lot of pieces. The closest JCP is 45 minutes away . With th price of gas it would cost more to return it. All I want is for them to replace the glass and send it to me. Not too much to ask if I could only speak to someone.

User's recommendation: Stay away if you need to speak to a customer service person. I am not the only customer that thinks JCP is really going down hill.

It was resolved. I don't like the title PO customer.

JC Penney is one of my favorite stores. I just reordered again..

I ordered two pairs of A.N.A shoes, pair of blue Worthington slacks and white Gloria Vanderbilt white jeans. I did not receive the Gloria Vanderbilt white jeans.

Never received delivery

I had been trying to reach someone for weeks about this I am up in age, and I am not able to jump over all the technical things like most people to be told go make a police repot I can not do that I no longer drive that is not Jcpenny fault or problem but because I can not get to a police station, and they will only come out if it's an emergency I am paying on merchandise I never recived

Your questioning if I'm a real person?

Your services are going to put JCPenny out of business. I question if your have an intelligence? Your job in case you do not know is to make customers service quick easy and I run a non profit you would be fired immediately for the worse and there are many company's struggling with technology. Try simplicity

Mattress deliver

delivery window 10 -2 It's now almost 3 hours after the 2pm time. Agent checked and dyyelivery time not updated and agent tried to reach delivery company and they didn't answer the phone. Not the agent's fault but this is ridiculous. I tool off work to be here for the delivery and now have to cancel my evening plans to see if they show up I expect compensation in the form or a credit to my JCP credit card used to make this purchase.

A huge problem

I am an American living overseas, I always buy American products and done from 10 of places online and never had a problem. My last purchase from JC Penny was on May 27th, On June 1st my credit information was used for a purchase in GA near the headquarters of JC Penny for 3000 US Dollars. I know I did not do it because I live in Dubai. I wrote and complained several times no one even acknowledged my e mails so I tried calling, again nothing. Someone at JC Penny is stealing the customers information

Took away my card

Ok that I understand because it is the same company of some other card I had but with Jcpenny I always wanted to keep it but what happen was they threated me wrong I felt bad I was sent from one place to another and finally nothing got done and I was only going to pay so if they close my account so how do I pay

Your account being closed only means you can’t make any purchases. You can still make payments until it has a zero balance.
