Made an unline purchase but didn't receive my package

I made an on line purchase on 23rd June 2021. I bought eight items but surprisingly one item was not in the package. I received the other items but to date I did not receive it. The order number is 2021 17** **86 0616. Tr 1zw970F303******** It is an LA suit short.apricot size 16.

You lowered my credit limit and I took a hit on my credit score. That was uncalled for. I pay on time and buy lots of product from you. Well I will no longer shop at jc penney. I'll go to Dillard's. Can't wait to pay you off!!!no e

Report a manager and employees

The employees in jcpenny international mall Miami Florida are very rude and nasty ! The manager by the name Patricia is horrible ! She has no respect for the customer didnt want to listen to what I was saying kept rolling her eyes Make me feel belittled. I walked out so upset ! I will not be returning and doing any shopping at jcpenny . I will be advising family and friends of how I was mistreated in this store so they will not shop there as well . Macys and Kohls have better customer service . Something needs to be done with that manager Patricia and the employees in that store . Thank

Charges made an account I do not have I closed my penneys account four years ago as fraud charges were being made. The account was closed and removed but now Trans Union has charges against an Account with my name on it.

I just placed an order with jc prney. I NEEDED THE JEWELRY THAT I ORDERED ASAP! Now...JCPennys is a VERY LARGE CORPORATE COMPANY! I LOVE YOUR STORE..HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS But..as i said...i need this order SOON. I aked cluld i pay for EXPRESS DELIVERY?? I HAVE $$$ TO DO THIS... AND WAS TOLD NO... NO..COME ON NOW!! SO.. Still have not had my refund back to my bank

I took an outfit and shoes to JC Penny to return since it wasn't the size. I had paid with debit card, so got it returned to card. This happened Sunday, today is Wednesday, still have not received my money. That's the reason I tried checking here how long it takes them to give money back. Surprised to find out it can be longer.

User's recommendation: If you plan shopping might as well pay cash.

Store credit cards

I had 2 store credit from JC penny on a card and then I went to use after the pandemic I went to the store and they told me I had no credit on the card, no one could help me in North Riverside Illinois . I would not go shop at JCPenneys and I told my family and friends about what happened.

Rude call centers

I have been trying to keep track all my promotional purchases if how much i have balance and everytime i talked to the call center they are always rude and there is one time that they actually call me a bad customer knowing i am paying my monthly bills and keeping all my payments on time. They actually have a nerve to hang up on you without telling you what to expect. The last lady i talked to was jane and she was very rude as well. Its not my fault that I have a fraud in my account that she need to file and it makes me surprised that she have a nerve to hang up on me. I hope you guys makes some changes.

User's recommendation: Don’t open credit cards here in Jcpenney.
