Jcpenney - Online order service sucks and Customer service sucks
Hubby is on the phone 25 minutes because we received the wrong order. Told we have to physically bring items back to a store??? This is not an option!!! The whole purpose of online shopping is so we don’t have to go to a store!!! Will NEVER, EVER buy from jcpenney.com again!!!

Why doesnt your company go out and come up with your own ideas to promote business. Stop using kohls lingo and stealing their ideas. Your company sucks and should just close their doors. Why cant you pay at shoe, jewelry, any other register except customer service in store. These register say go to clothes register. You have no need for these regjsters to be open if they are just standing there.
