Employee Cheryl Louvier stealing and using druggs

I witnessed a employee who works at the jc penny store in Victorville stealing merchandise and giving items in exchange for drugs.

I spoke to customer service and they told me they were not going to do anyting for me.

Offers that are not available as indicated. Customer service said there was nothing they could do. Except return the items. I'm a regular customer. Ridiculous. I have not received the items yet.

That’s not a valid coupon issued by JC Penney. Look closer at it .

That is not a valid coupon. Notice it says “pissedconsumer.com” on it.

JC Penney does not provide coupons with pissed consumer. Someone made a mock up of a coupon and is posting online.

Rebate Scam

JCPenney - Rebate Scam
I submitted a rebate on 11/26/2021 and received a tracking number shortly after and a link to track status. Today 2/4/2022 more than two months since submitted date, I click on the link and it took me to a rebate submitting, not rebate tracking. I searched online for a way to enter tracking number manually, but found none. Stay away from JCPenny.

Ive been having lots of trouble checking out my online order

Okay apparently I was having trouble with a recovery phone number on my Google account I had placed an order a couple days ago with JCPenney I thought I'd finished my order but something went wrong and I didn't when I checked back today why it hasn't come yet I couldn't get my order at they didn't have my account and it was because of this problem with Google I think so I called them back Google says my account is good they say I'm on their account there but I'm not in every time I try to check out my order it doesn't recognize me and I can't get nothing and I'm watching all my items I ordered slowly disappear because other people are buying them and they were low on stock this is big problem for me headache for 3 days

I bought a engagement ring for my girlfriend back n January of last year. It took 8 weeks to get it back from sizing it. The ring then lost diamonds and we took it back to see what could b done. We couldnt return it because it was past the return date. It was hard to tell the sales person that we couldnt because it was in your possession for sizing. They didnt care. And now 3 more diamonds has fallen out. My girlfriend works n a office doing nothing that would cause them to fall out. This was the FIRST ring that she loved and we looked for months. Now shes afraid to wear it. I would like either my money back or exchange. Thank you Bobby James

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. After numerous phone calls, they finally found the items that their 3rd party picked up in different arears of their warehouse..

APPROXIMATELY 3 WEEKS AGO, UPS PICKED UP AN ORDER I WAS DISSATISFIED WITH THE DAY AFTER I RECEIVED IT. I HAVE BEEN WAITING ALL THIS TIME FOR THEM TO CREDIT MY CREDIT CARD FOR THE RETURNED PRODUCT. AFTER A TIME CONSUMING AFTERNOON TRYING TO REACH SOMEONE (AFTER BEING GIVEN 3 DIFFERENT PHONE #S) I WAS TOLD THAT THEIR WAREHOUSE HAD NOT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE FM UPS YET, AND UNTIL THEY DID, THEY COULD NOT REFUND THE $48.88 I SPENT. THIS IS
