Please train your Sales Associates. There should be no eating, drinking and talking to shoppers with your mouth full at the register. The lady was so rude, offer no help and sent you back to get a similar item with a tag so that she can scan.

JCP stores opened on Thanksgiving day at 3 PM with coupons at door for customers. At Eastridge Mall, San Jose, JCP staff came out of store to distribute coupon to customers waiting in line. This was not a good idea since it resulted in pushing, line breaking up etc. JCP should give customers coupon as they enter the store in line to avoid injury, chaos etc.

To whom this may concern my mother fell and JC Penney's in Jackson North Park Mall Ridgelands ms, on November 15th she felt down the escalator from the top to the bottom, she had a swollen face and bruises and a couple of broken ribs, we will have gotten a call from JCPenney just to be concerned just to see how she was doing it's just the principle of the matter no one call from JCPenney
