JCPenney - They did exactly as they promised with my online order that I didn't receive
I got notification the product I ordered had been delivered but alas it wasn't there. I called customer service and they refunded the price and set me up with a new delivery and the product was half what I paid originally. This time it was delivered to my front door instead of the cluster box down the street.

Need a credit card, didn't receive my card yet.

I opened the account earlier this year and never received a card. I'm not passed, I was just requesting a card. The customer service representative was Awesome and wanted to close my old account so there was no fraudulent activity. That was very thoughtful of her and I appreciate it, and I should get my card soon.

My due date was not one I could set myself and I don't get paid until the 27th, the due date is the 20th. For my first payment I didn't want it to be late!

I connected with all departments..six different departments by phone and nobody would answer, I thought about it later and I understand you are probably short of workers. I ended up picking up my package myself at the store.

I have called into customer service multiple times and both times I was hung up on. Your customer service representatives arent taking the class. I understand with the Hollidays coming up that there is a high call volume but that is no reason to be hanging up on people and not answering their calls about their orders. Makes me feel unappreciated as well as I dont want to do service with you all again!

God awful customer service from the call center. I placed an order on 11/24/2021 and made sure my billing and shipping info was correct, in fact my account settings even list my current address.

I however also had an old address from over 10 years ago on my account. That is where the order was sent to. Granted it was sent in 2 days, which was great. But there was no attempt from the customer service rep to assist me, she cold/blind transferred me to Rosalyn, a senior member rep, who disconnected the call when I replied "yes" when she asked if there was anything else that she can help me with.

This was after a 50 minute call, half of which I was on hold without the rep checking back in on me.

They would not offer to reship my order to my current address, and wanted me to track it down with ups as it was already delivered. Additionally they said the order would be retrieved by ups and then sent to the warehouse and I would be refunded in a week and a half to two weeks.

I do the exact same job as Rosalyn does, but for a different company and there is no way we would have kept a customer on hold that long, nor would we have disconnected the call, and if it did disconnect we would attempt to call the member back, and in conclusion we would reship the order to the member.

I am shocked and appalled the JC Penny would treat customers in such a manner and that their reps would be so poorly trained.

User's recommendation: Always check your order within 30 minutes, in case THEY had an error on their end. They will not remedy the error.

Wanted to see if the item that I ordered came in a different color. The color I ordered was unavailable so it was cancelled.

I ordered a king size comforter in brown. I received an email where that order had been cancelled due to unavailability. The reason for my call was to see if I could get the comforter in another color. The item was available in a different color.

Lost package

UPS left my package at an incorrect address. I checked around for it walking up and down stairs throughout my building. The leasing office did not receive it. UPS said it was delivered at my front door. I was home all day anticipating delivery. When I called UPS, I kept getting their automated system that would not put me through to a human. It was pointless so I called JC Penny customer service representative by the name of Elvis that issued me a refund.
