I purchased diamond hoop earrings from JCP several years ago. Within 3 months the bar going into my earlobe broke right off. Several months later I purchased a 5 diamond ring and realized some 6 months later, one of the diamonds was missing. Unfortunately, I was discouraged and just set them aside. Today, I read other poor reviews & wanted to reinforce this quality concern! Don’t buy jewelry at JCP.

Who the *** puts jewelry on a six month old? Sound like your're not very bright.

If you paid with a credit card maybe see if you can do a charge back. You will have to return the jewelry though for that.

Why spoil and great thing. They were the best shirts I ever wore. It's as if we were totally ignored when the Cabin Creek oxford shirts were discontinued. Why ruin a great thing. There was or is no other oxford shirt for women that can compare with the Cabin Creek line.. I always looked forward to seeing and buying the newest colors and patterns each new season. So I don't shop at JCP anymore. I used to do all my clothing and shoe shopping there along with many gifts. Thanks for nothing J C Penney. Whomever made the decision to discontinue Cabin Creek BLEW IT BIG TIME

I applied for jc credit card at sephora. At that time I paid for my purchases.

Never received card but did get a bill for over $2000. They said card was sent to correct address. Apparantly not! They said it would be disputed and made it sound simple.

We'll see about that. My credit score is already lowered, as whoever used the card used 90 percent of credit.

I'll continue to post how this ordeal goes. Not very optimistic.
