This morning I received an email from JCPenny about an order thats going to be shipped to someone in WI. I never made a purchase. I dont know who this person is and its in the amount of $253.75. This is not my order

Salon Manager Kathrin was supposed to fix a bad dye job .she was down right rude and nasty.Telling me she was not a copy machine.After already being late over one hour.After asking her to refund my money she got louder and very confrontational .She tried to provoke me and let her fix my hair.She tried to make it like it was all my fault.I refused and she still would not shut up.I threatened to call the police and she found that funny.I have been going to the same salon for many years and never had a single complaint.This woman Katherine needs to learn how to talk to customers.I finally got my money back on my card.Then I tipped my stylist 80 dollars in cash and left

Because I ordered two different sets of shears and only received 1 set. Did not receive the set 50 by 63

I am wanting to change my curtains for spring as I have glass sliding doors and a window on the same wall while I received the shears for the glass sliding doors but never received that shears for the window which is a smaller size but I was charged for them separately and never received them.

My percel was delivered and stolen because I got broken box and contents taken.

My items were stolen because UPs were careless! Call JCPENNEY and agents advised me to report to police which I did. Police report ready by 3/8/22 Tuesday.

Faulty merchandise

We purchased a curtain shower rod and the rod did not extend to the 72 inches. We tried everything but I think the manufacturer didnt supply the extension. We tried contacting the company that manufactured it and no one answered the phone. We tried 11 times. Everyone has these automated systems today and trying to reach a customer service person is impossible. Finally we managed to get someone from JC Penney and they issued credit on the account

I was giving false information when I place my order 4 Foundry pants I explicitly said I needed 5030 relaxed fit well they sent me straight fit now I have to return them this is the second time now

Ordered order online and they sent me the wrong product the first time they're out of stock the second time was the wrong product they sent me straight fit needed relaxed fit so now I have to go to the store to return them and when I ask the gentleman who took my order if they were relaxed fit and he said yes

Mesa, AZ store has poor return policy

In the last 6 months I have purchased 6 pair of Alfred Dunner pull on blue jeans and, relying solely on your reputation falsely assumed they would remain pleasing to the eye and tossed receipts and tags. I just returned from SS Mall in Meds, AZ and saw a new pair on clearance and compared them to the jeans I was wearing. Mine were a teenager's faded-looking pair while your new ones were the brilliant dark blue I had purchased. The store said 'tough luck.'. What do you say?

Didn't receive my order

To date, I haven't received my electric blanket. Apparently it was delivered on 2/14/2022 to the wrong address in Fullerton. UPS is doing an investigation, and they plan on replacing my order. You will be notified.

Fraud action on a card that I haven’t used in forever I didn’t even know I still had a JCPenney’s card and I want it taken care of and whoever open the car needs to close the card because I’m in Texas

Poor customer service

Poor customer service.. My fiancé and I have been kept in the dark about a repair to jewelry that we purchased from JCPenneys. When we requested information regarding the repair we repeatedly were placed either on hold or told that no one has information about the repair. Now the situation has been escalated up to the department manager and I have still yet to get a phone call back.

User's recommendation: My recommendation, there should be some type of system where your associates have visibility of what’s going on with the customers merchandise or able to look it up to notify the customer that there’s going to be a delay beyond the estimated completion date of what they were told.
