Unsatisfied customer

I called to get status on the business credit application and the rep stated she needed to transfer me to the correct department, instead she transferred me to an out of service telephone number. As an employee, I believe she should've had a list of each department number, and then I could have been directed to the correct department.

No return or returnd

Order online and paid for. I tried my old shorts to make sure I would get the correct size. Just tried my new shorts, same size. Tag most of been wrong incorrectly(same size tags, still on). Since I did not return before the sixty days. JCPenney would not return for refund nor exchange. What a disappointment Sad

I ordered 4 prs got three and I did not pick any up at the store,. Thats the dummest thing u guys ever done,. Why would I have one pair sent to the store and have three pairs sent to my house, no I wouldnt, u people did it, and I couldnt come get it for health reasons but thats the only problem I have

The reason I call my order in is that when I try to place the order on line it does not give me the opportunity to use my associate discount. If I can use my discount, I would happily place the order myself. I am not a dissatisfied customer.

Cancel card

The customer service lady on the phone was great. I could have kept my card and used it for online purchases. The service I received in your store at Rapid City was very distasteful. The Customer service attendant was just unfriendly and belittling. A customer should never feel belittled by an attendant, It is customer service for Heavens sake. KOHLS will have my money!

My product was delivered to my home but no notice no emails texts phone calls etc. once I got home to my package thanks to my neighbors inform me when it was delivered I received a package that was ripped torn open and looks like it was drag across something. I was being charged for oversize package the delivered $30 but no customer should ever receive the package in this condition see the pictures I still have my mattress and box springs to be delivered Ill see what condition they come in this was my bed frame with headboard

I did not receive any emails text or phone calls on when my product was going to be delivered however it was delivered on my front porch today. This package was ripped torn dragged And open this is not what I was expecting but Im being charge $30 for an oversize package I havent even opened it yet that will be my next review and I pray that theres nothing damage inside of it because then theres gonna be a whole Nother issue.

User's recommendation: I think JCPenney needs to have their contractors who deliver this product to our owns send pictures of how they deliver it because I don’t think anybody in the upper management at a JCPenney facility will approve of this being delivered to any of the customers that’s paying good money over $1000 but it shouldn’t even matter if it was $50 product should be delivered to the customer and better condition than what this is.
