Jcpenney - Shipping

Placed or on Nov 25th for standard delivery to my home (4-7 buisness days per order). As of today, 29th only one of my items has been shipped witg estimated delivery of Dec 6th which is clearly outside of 4-7 biz days. The others items has been showing In Progress for 4 days. Called and was told order can't be canceled or expedited. Extremely upset and will call in with complaints.

Jcpenney - Ship to store takes 10 business days

Ordered November 16th, still no order at the store. Repeatedly do not get emails when orders arrive at the store and many times cannot get anything other than a recording saying no one is available when I call the store directly. I went in person yesterday. I'm thinking JCPenney will be going out of business soon.
