Jcpenney - Stock up on staff!!!
It's the holidays you would figure you would have more than one person working on the order pickup section. I came during my lunch hour and nearly spent 40 minutes before getting helped.
Jcpenney - REFUND
Poor customer service. Leave them alone. If you do purchase anything from them make sure you pay by cash. It's a nightmare getting a refund of the money they owe you. It took 10 seconds to take my money & eternity to get it back.
Jcpenney - Defective merchandise
I received a cute pair of beaded earrings, but unfortunately one of them was defective & poorly made. Contacted them and was informed I have to pay postage to return for an exchange....because of their defective merchandise and poor workmanship. Talk about poor customer service!
