I was giving false information when I place my order 4 Foundry pants I explicitly said I needed 5030 relaxed fit well they sent me straight fit now I have to return them this is the second time now

User's recommendation: My recommendation, there should be some type of system where your associates have visibility of what’s going on with the customers merchandise or able to look it up to notify the customer that there’s going to be a delay beyond the estimated completion date of what they were told.
