Jcpenney in Issaquah, Washington - Misled by sales rep, spent $300 on wrong product
Simply stated: My wife and I ordered blackout blinds for for our newborn's room, very clearly stating we needed blackout blinds. We purchased what the sales rep advised based upon our requests for $300. The order arrived, and the shades/blinds are the furthest thing from blackout than one could imagine. They allow in vast amounts of light. JC Penney insists it is my issue now, as they do not refund or fix special orders like this. I have sent them photos which clearly indicate the blinds do not block light, refusing to work with me. How is that we are being held responsible after making our request very clear, then going with the recommendation of the sales rep? If the reps don't know their products, or if their vendors misrepresent their product, we the customers should not be held accountable.

usually its the customer not the service that is bad they will not buy products recommended instead they use that cheap *** spend 70 bucks for your hair and use 3 dollar *** on it makes no sense they will get cheap henna for their hair and color it themselves then get agood perm on that already fired and dried straw.i feel sorry for sherry having to deal with someone whom its obvious probably does not care about her hair. i have given numerous perms and heard every story a tight wad customer can come uo with and believe me 99 percent of the time it is the customer

JC Penney's website says that the company offers "free shipping on orders of $49 or more" , but it is a scam. The company charges you for shipping if you order a clearance item, even if your non-clearance items cost more than $49. Their website also doesn't show the shipping charge until the next day. When you call to get the fee removed, the "customer service" people tell you that they can't remove the shipping charge, and they tell you to call corporate headquarters. The offer says "Free shipping on your order", but then JC Penney charges you per item, not per order.

I would caution everyone about complaints about JC. As an author, I use them for actors for trailer. I find exactly what I am looking for at JC in MD. People will find you, but take the time to put your name out there on the web. There are a lot of sites that look for talent. Check it out prior to bashing anyone. Just know that when someone is looking for talent, they don't want someone that complains all the time. Remember this if anything. You are not the only person trying to suceed at what you do.

I am a frequent shopper of JC Penney. I use my credit card on a regular basis. I never get birthday coupons or mothers day/fathers Day coupons etc. Why?????? I have thought of quitting JC Penney and getting rid of my card because I am tired of seeing other people with these lovely coupons when you get my money but I never get the coupons. Why are your customers being treated different. (Is there no diversity when it comes to your customers? I would like to know who makes these decisions as to who gets birthday/holiday cupons and who doesn't.

I went to Jc pennys salon and paid 70.00 dollers to get the most horrible perm I have ever had two wks later I complained and the manager Sherry called me and checked my perm she said it was a good perm. I wanted my money back I had to argue with her and she wouldn't give me my money back I have spent at least 50.bucks trying to get some life back in my hair she just kept justifing that the perm was great. she was justifing so I got tired of arguing with her terrible salon never again I learned my lesson..... customer maryann ortiz
