In San Francisco and the gem and jewelry trade across the U.S.A.

was in agreement that Effy bought there way into Macy's. Europe reacted to the case of non-disclosure by Macy's and kept the topic of conversations going for years.

Still Macy's sells Effy.

Macy's now is known for selling Effy but read the fine print that is tells you to go there website for full disclosure. The jewelry has a unclear way of disclosure because their salespeople are not expert or educated in that category.

I'm very upset on how the company treats you unfair. The company impose late fees on your account even of you fall into a hardship.

They do not care of your situation or your concerns. This is the worst company to get a credit card from. I'm disable in lose my job due to this and never been late on my account until now. In they don't have no payment plan to help me I been calling for 2 months trying to close my account.

In they keep telling me to call back every 7-10 days in I have been still NO HELP here really bad company. They not trying to help me but just billing me more late fees.

Jcpenny's GE Capital Bank Database is a ripe off to there Consumers!!!!! :upset

JC Penney is the worst department store I have ever dealt with for furniture returns. It's been two months I'm still waiting for a representative from JC Penney to come and check the knock off mattress that was delivered to me. It was delivered early in the morning and I made the mistake of telling the delivery people that I will assemble it later. It is completely different from what I saw in the store, I can't sleep in my bed for the past two months. Bad business, as soon as they pick up, I'm done with JCP.

Penney is charging 26.99 % interest on their credit card. This is wrong and not ethicale. I want to be contacted by the credit dept. about this as I believe this is

not legal.

I will pay off this credit card

and not shop in that store again. Who do I call to receive a pay off amount and also to get some of this interest back.

The managers at jc penney In Sunrise mall In Citrus heights Ca do not care about their associates. They only care about scores. they treat you like ***! Especially Steve Phillips and Cassie Oranado. They are both big bullies and are as cold as ice. They are both Lurches. They will walk right by you and not een say hello to people but expect you to say hello to them. They are both ego driven blow hearts, They are the two most cruel and mean people I have ever run into. I do not know how they live with them selves- no wonder Steve is divorced and Cassie is Not married I can see why. There Egos are so big no one else could fit in their lives!

Couldn't agree more, these were my favorite Jean's. The back pockets look ridiculous, even a young version of me wouldn't have worn them. Seems that a losing a portion of their consumers is not a bother as long as they make a profit.

Patrick Williamson. I am working in Houston, TX & I live in Alabama.

I have been here since March, 2015. I opened a credit account in Houston, TX & they said that my credit card would be sent to me in AL, our neighbor checks our mail everyday & mails everything to me @ the motel. JC Penny sent our card to the wrong address on our street & these people have been using our card several times before we were aware of it. We have no card nor do we have an account number.

We cannot file a police report until we receive a statement. We asked them to E-mail a copy of the bill & they refuse to send it. The card was used in Gadsden, AL We are in Houston,TX & have been since March 2015. They stated that it would take 15 days to get a statement.

Their representative had the nerve to say that she didn't know if I was the right person, even though I gave her all the info she needed.

JC Penny doesn't care if the card is used or by whom, even if it was used fraudulenly. I am totally disgusted with their attitude.

I ordered a ring and got in two weeks, after I got the ring, the wrong stone was placed in the ring, returned to customer services and asked them to put new stone and ring and return to me. Called on 4/14 and was told I would have the ring by 4/22 and when I called to check the order status on 4/21, they returned the ring. was told I would need to order a whole new ring and would take another 3 weeks to get and needless to say, I did not reorder. Terrible customer service!

I used to be a jewlery supervisor for a JCP store call and ask to speak to a supervisor and see if they can fix it for you if they cannot write or call their coprate office and they should be able to get it resolved
