I ordered a ring and got in two weeks, after I got the ring, the wrong stone was placed in the ring, returned to customer services and asked them to put new stone and ring and return to me. Called on 4/14 and was told I would have the ring by 4/22 and when I called to check the order status on 4/21, they returned the ring. was told I would need to order a whole new ring and would take another 3 weeks to get and needless to say, I did not reorder.
