Cabin Creek Pants

Why, when you had such a popular brand, would you drop it. Cabin Creek pants were the best fitting pants I've ever worn. My last pair is shot now and don't know what to do to replace them. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE bring them back. I would buy a dozen pair if they came back. 16T. Because I am tall,it is hard to find the right length and size. I would like to get black, navy and white pairs. I fell in your store due to a raised tile on the floor.

I am a 77 year old woman and fell in the Northeast Mall store in Hurst TX due to a raised tile in the floor. My granddaughter was with me, thank goodness, because no employee or manager came to my aid. I landed squarely on my right shoulder and twisted my big toe on my left foot. A couple of customers offered to help but my granddaughter managed to help me up. This accident took place on Monday, April 17, 2017. I am amazed that no store person cared enough to see if I needed help. My granddaughter saw an employee view me on the floor but turned around and walked away. What has become of "caring"? I didn't realize how much I was hurt until the next day. TALK ABOUT POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Y'all take the cake!

As employees, we are told not to go anywhere near customers who take a spill for fear of a lawsuit. We are only allowed to ask if you're ok.

Don't blame the employees for doing what they're told. Blame these large companies.

ON JANUARY 5, 2012 I WENT TO JC PENNEY AT WESTROADS MALL IN OMAHA, NEBRASKA FOR A 6:30 PM APPT. THE CASHIER CAME OVER TO TELL ME THAT SHE IS JUST LEAVING HER FULLTIME JOB ABOUT 6 MILES AWAY. I OFFERED TO COME BACK, BUT SHE STATED I SHOULD STAY. SHE CAME IN AT 7:15 PM AND TIRED. SHE SLAPPED THE RELAXER ON MY HAIR AND DISAPPEARED. MY HAIR/SCALP IS BURNING. I CALLED OUT FOR THE BEAUTICIAN AND NO ANSWER. THE RELAXER IS ON MY HAIR/SCALP 25 MINUTES. SHE CAME DRAGGING IN AND RUBBED HER FINGERS IN THE BURN SPOTS. I ASKED HER SEVERAL TIMES TO WASH RELAXER OUT OF MY HAIR. SHE IGNORED ME. SHE RINSED AND SHAMPOOED, BUT USED HER NAILS AND SCRATCHED MY HAIR/SCALP HARD, THEN REPEATED A SECOND TIME. I TOLD HER NOT TO PUT ON THE COLOR CHEMICAL, BECAUSE MY HEAD HURT SO BAD AND SHE IGNORED MY REQUEST. THE COLOR CHEMICAL STAYED ON MY HAIR FOR 45 MINUTES. SHE PUT ME UNDER THE CIRCULAR DRYER AND LEFT. AS SHE WALKED OUT THE DOOR SHE STATED, "NOW THERE, I DO NOT HAVE ANY CHILDREN". I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT SHE IS TALKING ABOUT. THE MANAGER SHOULD HAVE BEEN THERE TO OVERSEE HER WORK. MY HEAD/SCALP IS BURNING, HEADACHES AND MUCH PAIN. WHEN I GOT HOME, ALL OF MY HAIR FELL IN THE SINK. THE SLIMMY SUBSTANCE THAT FELL IN MY HAND AND WENT DOWN THE DRAIN. BETTER KNOWN AS THE SKIN FROM MY SCALP. THERE IS MUCH MORE TO TELL, BUT WILL END FOR NOW. JC PENNEY HAS NEVER HELPED ME IN ANYWAY OR OFFERED ME MONEY TO SETTLE THIS CASE TO THIS DAY OF YEAR 2017. Can't edit an online order?????

I literally just made an online purchase at the store, got home and realized I purchased the wrong size. I called immediately & was told I can't edit the order although it says you can online. I thought we lived in the 20th century with great technology. Come on JCP! I have always shopped JCP, but very disappointed, this is ridiculous. Customer service just isn't what it should be. Once they have your money they don't care. I'll be shopping elsewhere!

I loved shopping at JC Penny until recently. I ordered a necklace for a Christmas gift and after a month of not getting a confirmation email or a charge on my card I ordered another one. This one cane with the wrong stones and a tangled chain. I needed it for my Mom. Two months later I get a call about the one I ordered the first time. This one had a tangled chain by the stones were right so I picked it up since I was charged for it. I tried to return the incorrect one and they wouldn't accept it. I don't need 2! My credit card was stolen and I reported it on March 9th. It's April 5th and no new card. I had a terrible time reaching someone about it. Finally after 3 calls I was about to reach a person who assured me another card will be sent. I hope so!

Shipping practices need review

JC Penny recently announced closing some stores nearby. It's no wonder since they are the only store where the customer has to pay for the store not having available stock on hand. JC Penny use to ship to the store for free but now even if you are at the store and the item you are after is not in stock in your color or size, then you have to pay to have it shipped to the store and you get to run back later to pick it up too. You pay even more to have it shipped to your house. Most of the other stores if they do not have it in stock ship to at least the store for free and some even ship direct to your home for free. JC Penny has gotten ridiculous about this charging the customer for what should be their exoense of shipping especially when the customer would already be inconvenienced having to wait longer or return to the store even for the free pickup.

My hair has broken off and gone

I called and requested someone with experience and time to work on my 7 years of growing hair. went in jcpenny hair salon in lynnhaven mall the Monday before thanksgiving. Explained that I have natural blonde hair, fine thin strains. The stylist put a body wave in my hair and I have been picking up piles and piles of hair. I have called several times and left my number with NO return calls. I have stopped in several times and explain the situation, to NO avail. No one cares and my hair has broken off and sticking out all over my head. The girl who made this mess has completely ignored my complaints and is in denial says it doesn't look that bad that she has seen much worse.... I paid $85.00 for this mess, I have put all kinds of packets of moister and strength but it is still breaking off and a complete mess and I am so embaress. A professional hair stylist told me my hair has been over prossest and the cuticules are blown. Thanks for caring at my total expense.

Sat the 26th at about 8 pm I was reviewing your application on my i-phone, and I was placing some items in a cart for my daughter for Christmas. My husband and I were to go over the list and narrow it down.

I told him I had it all ready for review and we went to my Mac in the family room. When I pulled up your site and signed it my basket was empty! I was so confused, however, thought that maybe it was because one was an ap and the other was computer. Then after less than 5 minutes I received an email stating I had placed an order!

I was so mad I placed a Twitter rant. I representative told me to Private message them and they could assist. I sent them all the information to only be told no one would help without tracking. I was shocked I never entered any information like shipping or payment and I never consented.

I immediately called your (UN)customer service team. I was placed on hold for only a short time during this call, but I was told they could not help me…They stated that I must have pushed the order through. I was very upset and asked them to please call and cancel the order if they could not reroute to its proper location (My daughters house). Heck I even told them I was even willing to take the whole order (as I was only going to be getting a small piece of it).

They told me NO stated I must wait for a tracking number to be assigned and then they would assist me! Monday 8AM or so a shipping notice was emailed to me so I called again. I was on hold 11 minutes before a woman told me again she could not help. This time she gave me a ticket number #T20201***, took the route information and told me she would forward it to senior management to correct the issue.

She also told me someone would call me. Monday 9:15 PM I received tracking information from my UPS account stating a package was being delivered to my house today from close of business. I looked up the provided information, and can you believe it was this order YET AGAIN!!! I immediately called your Un-customer service team again.

This I waited 14 minutes before being disconnect on…Next call 10 minutes and again disconnected…Last call on hold 16 minutes. This time the woman on the phone told me that I needed to call UPS myself. I explained I had a ticket and that I wanted a supervisor. After a 5 minute hold she came back and asked me for the re-route information.

I again gave her my daughters address. She stated that the ticket was blank and nothing had been done. She told me she was calling ups and would call me right back. BIG Surprise no call back!

I sent a twitter message again and asked them to help. They now were replying I needed to call ups myself. 10:59 Monday night I went to UPS to change delivery address. I was charged $18.58!

So now I have spent hours on my time…Extreme frustration and disappoint…as well as more money to fix an issue your system created!

I am wring you before I write channel 4 news because I want to give you a chance to make this right. I have attached my receipt from UPS for the correction.

How does JCP place random orders without consent and without any information provided by the customer? Doesn't sound like a problem JCP created.

I used their shopping car on my apple ap. It stores my information.

The problem was it shipped to stores info not even where I was gonna send it. I did not hit submit... select a form of payment.... delivery destination...

it pushed through my cart to my billing with card on file! It was an error with the ap.

'U issue was not even it shipped it but that they would not correct where it was going or cancel it. You become stuck to them just not fair.

I am very disappointed on how your employees responded to a mix up on your part. I purchased what was supposed to be a shampoo/conditioner duo. To my surprise when I got home there was no shampoo but 2 bottles of conditioner. When I drive back to the store, the lady at the salon counter said she would look in the back for another set. She then comes back to say they had no more. This was on the clearance rack. I asked her if she could replace with another brand of shampoo, any kind I did not care. I was told " I can't just replace it with something else. Someone must have switched the bottles and it's not our fault." Well you know what, I'm the customer and it's not my fault either. That was my first and last time I will ever be back there! Worst service ever.

While my mother was dying in the hospital I recieved a bill on a JCPenny card (that I had not seen or used for at least a year). It arrived in Oct. and was overdue, so that the supposed original charge/charge date was impossible to decipher. It was for around $139. After several phone calls one representative let slip it was originally a $25 charge in July. They actually let JCPenny investigate their own fraud, and of course they found none. My mother died and left me independantly wealthy so JCPenny, who has played their hand by mailing bills to me simultaneously with a 13 call a day Allied Collections barrage, can suck it! All allied calls are blocked with a free app and I do not and will never need the credit (that dropped 200pts from perfect) they are hurting me so bad (yeah) with destroying. Knowing how many criminals they have employed in my area, I don't know what JCPenny is covering up right now, but this is the sixth incident of this kind my family has experienced. The three times they screwed up my well off, middle class, Government accountant father's account there were appologies and free interest and lots of credit back. I don't fight...I just walk away and you can believe no one I know will ever again buy from JCPennys. Good lord willing, eventually internet shopping will kill them dead ASAP! BEWARE "accidental" credit card fraud is a thing with this company!

I purchased a blouse from the JC Penny licated in Memphis TN on Winchester Rd. Once I got home and began to get dress for a dinner party I noticed the sensor was left on the blouse. Which was a great disappointment because I ended uo not wearing the outfit I had just gone to purchase.A few days later I went back to the store and requested that the sensor be removed. Jeremy the store manager was VERY RUDE AND OFFENSIVE as if I had done something wrong. He rudely and very loudly asked me for my receipt and credit card. There were other customers on looking. This incident was totally offensive. I shop at JCPenny at least four times a month. And never have I been treated so terrible. I told Jeremy of my plans to write this review and report his very poorly customer service.
