JCPenney - THE SERVICE PERSONAL AT JC PENNIES...IS WHY THEY WILL FOLD NEXT YEAR
I called the store and ask for the appliance and furniture department. The operated connected me to the
Children's department. Then that lady sent me to the jewelry department then that lady sent me to the right Place.
I asked the lady to order my product and have it delivered to the store where I could pick it up. She NO you have
To come into the store and order it. I went to Arden Mall taking 40 minutes to get there, went to the counter
On the 3rd floor and asked the lady if I was in the right place. She was a blond with a red outfit. I told here what
I wanted and she says โOh I do not know how to do thatโ So I stepped back and waited for the other lady to finish
With a customer she was waiting on.
Two other ladies came in and asked the lady in red to exchange 2 pairs of pants
Again she says "Oh I do not know how to do that"
MUST READ UNBELIEVABLE
By this time I was being helped by the other cashier, when she heard the lady in red say she did not know how to do it she STOPPED waiting on me and went over to help the lady in red. I stood there for 8 minutes waiting for her to do her training and when she came back to me she says I am not sure but the computer is not working.
That was it for me....NEVER EVER will I go back to JCPennies. I have 31000+ followers on Facebook and will spread the news.
How do you stay in business.
