Does JCP really believe that screaming commercials will turn people on to the store????They turn me off!!! I like the big flimsy cardboard fliers we got occassionally because they are great for picking up Rummicub tiles after we play. What good is this huge book they sent out? I can hardly see the prices and if the price is written that small, it is probably nothing they want to brag about.
I bought clothes yesterday from Shopko. I got prints with pockets in plus size at a decent price. They offer a senior discount day. THAT turns me on. Take a lesson JCP. Baby boomers have money. 127f091

As a consumer, I can now shop when it is conveniengt for me. Guess what , I bought a national brand shirt the other day at jcp and the price was less than Kohl's after their % off and doorbusters specials. Rock on jcp,you are my store. |

Not having to worry about obnoxious customers screaming about a coupon, or destroying the store within an hour of opening because of silly doorbusters sounds great to me.Im happy no one likes the commercial maybe the ones that can't appreciate change were the ones guilty of turning this store into a high end flea market. Nobody likes change and thats okay, if you are only looking at the screaming part of the commercial, then obviously you missed the point anyway. More than likely the same people who say never will eventually be back even if its to satisfy their own curiosity of whats really going on inside and behind the scenes. As a customer I can admit it has never been my favorite store, but the new return policy, free shipping, everyday values, new ambassadors, and new set-up in the store has definitely caught my attention. So please if you feel the need to now shop elsewhere then by all means go ahead . Thats one less person in line I have to wait behind with those millions of coupons.  |

B/c apperently this is how I and many others are perceived. It's a sad little markdown you people put. If it was FREE then it'd be something worth thinking about. But it's not.
