JCPenney Optical, Shackleford Crossing, Little Rock, AR
After ordering prescription glasses at this store on 10/19/15 from Mary who was overwhelmed and unable to manage time, the 2 hour event was ended with no one able to open the cash register or Mary unable to honor a Ray Ban coupon. I was told it would take 7 to 10 days to complete the order.
2 weeks later I called to see if the glasses were in and was told only one pair was there. I waited to pick up both pair. I was called and told one pair had to be reordered since something was wrong with the frame. Upon arrival another much cheaper pair was encouraged and the other glasses were not there as was previously mentioned.
All in all, it took until 11/16/15 to complete this transaction. JCPenney site has NO option to lodge a complaint. Do not shop at this store for prescription glasses.
They are uncaring and inept at best. PAChacon

I've worked in the optical field for over 30 years it is quite common that a pair can come back and not pass quality inspection. Does not matter where you buy glasses this can happen. I'm impressed that they caught it before giving it to the customer and informed the customer of other options.
