JCPenney - .COM ORDER FOUL-UP
I am now waiting on the fourth delivery for a pair of Frozen rain boots for my granddaughter. Each time they have been ordered (order was made by a JCP sales clerk) I have received a pair of rain boots with Princess Sophia on them.
The last 2 times a clerk has made a call to the warehouse telling them the problem and requesting they send the boots with Anna and Elisa on them.
There is clearly a stock number issue on this product and the folks at the warehouse are too incompetent to figure out the problem. This is ridiculous.
Reason of review: Order processing issue.
Monetary Loss: $25.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
JCPenney Pros: Staff.
JCPenney Cons: Way this situation was handled.

Well the 4th time was NOT the charm. Should have received the forth shipment on Wednesday but it did not show up.
Finally on Friday afternoon I got a call from JCP that they cancelled my order because the supplier was sending them the wrong item. The boots were needed for a birthday on Saturday (tomorrow) which means I will have to spend the evening looking for something else.
I have party stuff to get together and did not have time for this. Wow
